Procurement Manager Tele2 Group Procurement

Tele2 Group Procurement, Billing and IT Tele2 Group Procurement is responsible for procurement, supply chain activities and supplier relations for the Tele2 Group, in close co-operation with the local operations. We have a strategic view and a hands-on approach in supporting the Tele2 Group operations in reducing costs and minimizing business risks.

We carry out procurements, which include planning, drafting contracts and negotiations and we are also responsible for contract management including contract fulfillment and supplier assessments. In the Billing & IT Procurement group we are responsible for, from a Tele2 Group Procurement perspective, more or less any billing and IT related challenge.

Responsibilities and duties:

We are now searching for an experienced Procurement Manager with responsibility for the commercial and contractual relationship with a number of suppliers as well as to manage procurement and sourcing projects.

This includes:
-Carry out procurements and sourcing recommendations
-Contract management and negotiations
-Identify and drive improvements and perform supplier assessments
-Make sourcing decisions together with relevant stakeholders

Competence and experience:
At least 4-5 years’ work experience from procurement of IT systems and services or other relevant commercial or product experience within IT.

-University degree in business administration, law or technology, or corresponding education
-Documented negotiation experience and excellent commercial understanding
-Documented experience of working with complex contracts in procurements and contract management
-Documented experience of drafting service agreements as well as being in charge of complex service and system procurements.
-Documented experience of project management
-Speak and write business English fluently
-Self-motivated, driven, hardworking and takes responsibility
-Make decisions and create results in a high pace
- Strong analytical sense
- Enable to quickly identify key challenges and find solution(s) to these challenges in structure manner
-Have excellent communication and presentation skills
