Program Planner

Vattenfall is now looking for a Program Planner required for the One ERP Program.

Vattenfall is Europe’s fifth largest electricity generator and the largest producer of heat and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the Benelux and the UK. Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050.

EGM (Executive Group Management in Vattenfall) approved the program plan for the One ERP Program (Enterprise Resource Planning) on Tuesday 5 March 2013. It is an ambitious program to improve business processes and contribute to the overall cost savings.

The ERP landscape consists of a large number of applications and processes in areas such as accounting, controlling, plant maintenance and procurement. As a consequence of Vattenfall’s merger and acquisition activities during the last ten years this landscape has become highly fragmented: each country has its own set of applications, procedures and reports. With One ERP we will consolidate and simplify this ERP landscape by harmonising and reducing the total number of applications and processes.

Our offer:

You will definitively come to a department with high level people. You will be a part in one of three top projects within Vattenfall.

Job description:
• Consolidates the detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team, and identifies the dependencies
• Ensure alignment of these project dependencies both within the program as well as from other projects such as NFO, HR etc.
• Create and maintain the program critical path

Qalifications and personal characteristics:
• Strong project management skills and experience, with good analytical and problem solving competence
• Established Vattenfall network
• Performance oriented and experienced with working in an international environment
• Good cooperation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information and manage different stakeholders on all managerial levels
• Fluency in written and verbal English

Fluency in English and Swedish, German or Dutch
