To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality engineer - electrical engineering:
Responsibilities and tasks:
You analyse contract documents and specifications of customer orders with regard to the order specific quality requirements and conclude the measures required for their compliance.
In the quality planning you develop working / process instructions as well as quality plans / ITP’s for the complete fabrication process as well as for suppliers.
Subsequently you monitor their adherence and/or support the operative quality assurance (quality manager), if required.
Focusses are - among others - the execution quality and the functioning test of complex electro-technical component groups / components (switch gears, electro-motors, frequency converters, wiring).
In the field of technical engineering you monitor the adherence to the relevant internal and external standards for software and hardware by means of audits / reviews to be carried-out. You support the electro-technical field in all quality topics.
Moreover you check, analyse and assess claims, damage and warranty cases and document them in a well-founded quality report.
You are responsible for the choice of suppliers / release from the quality point of view in the electrical and software creating surroundings and, if applicable, carry-out qualifications.
You steadily develop your field of responsibility by continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & personal attributes:
After your studies of electrical engineering you have gained several years of experience in electrical engineering.
Practical experience gained already in quality management would be of advantage.
Well founded knowledge of program logic in SPS S7 should be evidenced by relevant practical experience and/or carried-out advanced training courses.
The safe handling of the relevant current standards of electrical engineering and software creation are self-evident to you.
As a person you convince us by your distinct hands-on mentality, by your argumentative authority, your preparedness / ability to always acquaint yourself with new and complex factual situations as well as by your team player self-conception.
You are prepared to spend up to 15 % of your annual working time on business trips.
Good knowledge of the English language verbally and in writing as well as excellent knowledge of the German language is obligatory for this job.
