Description:

You manage files, customers and maintain a proactive contact with customers (by telephone, email, fax and personal contact).
You advise and offer services or alternatives and you do upselling.
You make reservations for the 5 Thon Hotels in Brussels (Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie (4 *), Thon Hotel Brussels Airport (3 *), Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre (4 *), Thon Stanhope Hotel (5 *) and Thon Hotel EU (4 *)).

We are looking for:
You are an enthusiastic person who enjoys working in teams.
You are trilingual (Dutch, French and English), both oral and written, other languages are a plus.
You have a thorough knowledge of a PC (Word, Excel, Outlook) and you have a commercial attitude.
You are customer oriented and you are a "Sales Person".
In addition, you manage stress, you are proactive and flexible.
Knowledge of Opera a plus.
