SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – PHARMACEUTICAL TEAM

We have some exciting international expansion plans on the horizon, so we looking for a senior recruitment consultant /Team Leader with experience of working in the Pharmaceutical industry to come on board and help us expand the business. This is a full 360 degree recruitment role with a focus on winning new business and also maintaining existing accounts. There is a large emphasis on recruiting for medical devices sector. This position comes with international travel and exciting opportunities to develop your leadership skills within the organization.

Job description:

1-2 years experience of recruiting within the Pharmaceutical market (medical devices)
Current knowledge and experience of business developing within this industry
Used to working towards targets
Experience of recruiting for different roles across a plethora of skills and experience
Resourcing candidates

Desirable experience:
Managing team of recruitment consultants
Ability to present to companies at a senior level
Have the experience and confidence to provide valuable input ideas at internal meeting
Fluent in any of the following languages ; French, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
