Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
Supporting current phases and new launches on site
To ensure a smooth journey for the customer during the legal process
Building and managing new business and client interest
To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service

Related Job Requirements/qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years' Residential sales experience
Must have a proven successful sales track record
Have personable and presentable communication skills
Able to work weekends
