The area, Merchandising, work to maximize sales by making sure that we have the right garments in the right store at the right time! You will be a part of a functional team with highly competent and driven members.

Your first challenge will be to build deep understanding of the merchandising solution. Subsequently, based on this understanding, you will participate in the planning and execution of business critical enhancements, developments and roll-outs via interactions with business, IT and external parties

Job description:

The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:
• Identify and define business requirements and analyze how these can be realized in the system solution
• Be responsible to design the system solution and configure the system to meet business requirements
• Be responsible for functional specifications for development objects
• Be proactive in the communication with different stakeholders on requirements and solutions and act as a sounding board for developers and testers
• Actively work with unit testing and take part in the planning and execution of integration testing/acceptance testing of development objects

Your skills:
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
You have a solid knowledge of SAP preferably in the areas Sales & Distribution and/or Materials Management and you thrive in realizing business needs by means of collaborative team efforts, mainly using external service providers.

And your skills also includes:
• A genuine interest and curiosity for solution related issues, a solid application knowledge of SAP solutions in general and SAP ECC (preferably Retail) in particular
• At least 5-10 years of application experience

It is qualifying if you have worked in global projects and roll-outs with off shore development.
