Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting new office launches with 360 degree marketing campaigns
Building and managing a rich on and off-line activity calendar that attracts a new audience to the agencies brand
Executing both tactical and strategic marketing activities within agreed schedule and budget
Liaising with external agencies and our in-house creative studio to develop outstanding creative campaigns.

Related Job Requirements/qualifications:
A BA/BSc degree in Marketing or equivalent working experience
eCRM programme management
Excellent project management and client service skills
Ability to develop publications for offline-channels

Preferred Experience:
1-2 years marketing executive experience within the property or construction industry
