Senior Project Manager at Group Product Management / PMO

Group Product Management
Group Product Management at Tele2 is part of the Group Commercial and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for Tele2 Group, long-term global product strategies and managing Tele2 Group product portfolio.
Group Product Management (GPM) executes Product development of Group Products and delivers strategic and business critical solutions to Tele2 footprint markets in close contact with our local operators.
PMO:
PMO is, as a part of Group Product Management, responsible to provide excellent Senior Project Managers with ability to run strategic commercial multi country projects and to secure an up to date project governance model including Gate model, Steering committee set up, Project decision forums etc.
Responsibilities and duties:
As a Senior Project Manager within the Tele2 Group you will be responsible for one or several strategic commercial projects to be launched in one or several countries. You will be responsible for the project all the way from initiation to project closure when all deliverables are completed and the project is handed over to the line organisation. You will be responsible to initially set, and during the project secure fulfillment of; scope, time plan, budget, and quality targets. You are expected to understand the big picture and helping the company to take the correct decisions. On top of the project work you are expected to contribute to or drive different improvement activities within our area of responsibility.
Competence and experience:
- Relevant education,
- Knowledge from the telecommunication industry,
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English,
- Possibility to grasp both the big picture as well as the technical details,
- A positive attitude with ability to see possibilities in the daily challenges,
- Proven ability to motivate yourself and others,
- Proven ability to lead teams in complex environments at different geographical sites,
- Proven ability to lead both technical and commercial projects,
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure,
- Experience from line management is desirable,
- Experience from working with different project methodologies is desirable,
- Experience from driving improvement projects is desirable.
