Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leeds - New Build / Refurb - Contract AND Perm

My client, a large UK contractor, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come on board a 12 month contract on an educational construction project based in Leeds with a £10 million value. Starting early February.

The successful candidate:

- Used JCT design and build contracts

- Worked on new build and refurb projects before

- At least 8 years QS experience

- Must be able to run own project independently and run small team of QS' /s
