Senior Quantity Surveyor - Office Fit Out & Hotels

I am one of the few, select individuals to be acting under instruction from one of the highest profile and fastest growing consultancies in London right now. You will be an MRICS chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience across either office fit out or hotels. The majority of projects fall within the residential, commercial and hotels sector with a large proportion of projects having values in excess of £100m. The active social side of the business, including yearly trips for the whole office and the flexible nature in which they operate no doubt contributes to them having one of the highest staff retention rates in the market.

Responsibilities:

Cost planning
Procurement and Tender evaluation
Delivering projects
Liaising with high net worth individuals
Cost Reporting
Contract Administration

Basic Requirements:
A BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related
3-5 years post degree experience
Experience in office fit out or hotels
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and ambitious
MRICS

Preferred Requirements:
Experience of working in a consultancy
Sociable nature
Motivated to progress within your career
Experience of dealing with clients directly
