Are you a creative and professional Shoe Designer who would love to work for H&M? We are now looking for a new talent to join our H&M Men’s wear Shoe Team situated at our global Buying and Design Office in Stockholm, Sweden. H&M continues to grow and wants to strengthen the H&M Shoe Team with a Senior Shoe Designer. We are looking for a Designer with great experience in creation and designing of shoes.
H&M SHOE DESIGNER
The role as Designer for the Men’s Shoe Collection includes the following:
Being the product visionary for shoe collection and products
Keeping customer focus and identifying the customer’s buying behaviour
Coordination of the product range and participating in planning of the seasonal collection
Developing the products together with other members of the Shoe Team
Continuous analysing and taking action on sales, all H&M markets worldwide
Involving and developing Design Assistants
We are looking for someone who:
Is creative and visionary
Has a HUGE passion for fashion and shoes
Has a professional designer experience, minimum 2 years, in creation of shoe wear, in product range building and in product development/production
Has good knowledge in fabrics and textiles
Has good computer skills in the design programs
Has very good visual and verbal communication skills
Is able to guide, involve and inspire others
Is a team player
Is driven and result oriented
Is fluent in English and willing to learn Swedish
