Senior Works Manager - Rail

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day responsibility for delivery of all variables of each project.
Maintain and maximise quality of service and profitability.
Drive health, safety and environmental standards as required by statute and company's safety policies.
To lead several Supervisors and Foremen on numerous different sites.
To build long term relationships with clients, joint venture partners, contractors and clients.
Maintain compliance with the current safety legislation and the Company's Health Safety and Environmental Policies.
Appraise the risk to all company property under your control and install security levels commensurate to the relative values.
Drive basic company requirements for supervision, competency, first aid cover.
Ensure systems are in place and used in order that quality of work is to the prescribed contractual and national stand.
Being Commercially vigilant on each site to ensure maximum profitably.

Requirements:
Network Rail and or London Underground experience
SMSTS
CSCS card
Degree / Diploma / Trade qualified
Commercially astute

Salary and Benefits:
Up to £65,000 for the right person
Company package
