Service Desk Agent, Skanska IT Nordic, Oslo, Norway Our Nordic IT organization has the strategic goal to provide the best IT services in our industry, a challenge we would like you to join us in.
We are looking to strengthen our IT Service Desk Team with a skilled and service minded Service Desk Agent to complement our Nordic Servicedesk team, with 23 colleagues spread over the Nordics, where of 7 are located in Oslo.
We are supporting Skanska colleagues mainly in Norway, Sweden and Finland. Our solutions are primarily based on products from Agresso, Microsoft and Oracle. You will work with techincal support through phone and mail, register and follow up incidents according to SLA’s and particpate in different projects. You will also be involved in working with processes and procedures, documentation- and maintenance of relevant information.
The successful candidate is service minded teaam player with a customer focus and a relevant academic background. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint is an advantage. We appreciate you working in a structured way to ensure the quality level of IT Servicedesk. You will be a part of a cross-Nordic team in a virtual organization, why a high level of cooperativeness is key to be successful in this role.
- Experience from being in a support function
- Comfortably expressing yourself in Norwegian and English in speaking and writing
-At least 1 year of IT related education
-Thorough knowledge of Microsoft’s products
