Your qualities:
Our construction planners don't conform to a type, but they do share some common qualities. To succeed in the role, you need to be enthusiastic about construction and contracting, which you will probably have shown in some form of experience. Good people skills and the ability to get things done are also important, as is strong commercial understanding.
Your degree:
To apply for a role as a graduate planner, you need to be in your final year of university or have completed MSc or BSc construction related degree. You must be expecting or have gained at least a 2.1
