Your responsibilities.

The job of an H&M Store Manager comes with a wide range of responsibilities – and lots of rewards.

Your to-do list includes:
Recruit, train and develop your store team ensuring that you have the right person in the right place at the right time
To manage, inspire and lead your team of Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Cash Office staff to consistently deliver and meet our business objectives and goals.
Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimise profit.
Maximise selling by analysing sales reports and taking action accordingly.
To ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Ensure that our product is displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends together with your store visual team.
Ensure that safety, security and administrative routines are followed.
Set an example for the team by acting as a role model using our values
