Pulse International is looking for a Charge Nurse for the Theatre Suite of a major Trauma Centre in Dubai.
Job description:
This is a very busy hospital with one of the l largest Trauma Centres in the world - the ER, with 40 RNs on duty every shift, sees over 400 patients per day - so, as you can imagine, all units within the hospital work to full capacity all the time.
Patients admitted to the unit have suffered multiple trauma and most have injuries to brain, chest, pelvis and long bones. The majority of patients are adult but a few children are treated so some paediatric experience would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have at least three years post-registration experience, to include one year’s experience in Theatre and will have recent experience at Charge Nurse level.
This hospital prides itself on the value it places on its staff, and, despite the serious nature of the injuries treated, has a very low staff turnover.
