Technical Application Experts

We are now looking for two applications experts to allocation, replenishment and promotions.

Your first challenge will be to build deep technical understanding of the solution. Based on this knowledge you will participate in the planning and execution of business developments, via interactions with business, IT and external parties. You need to be comfortable in dealing with deep development technical aspects as well as working with long term directional/strategic decisions regarding the solution.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M application expert comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes to:
•Be responsible for technical aspects of our Sales Merchandising portal and its various UIS, allocation and replenishment processes within our solution and price change and promotion processes
• Create and maintain the technical architecture / application logic
• Participate in the requirement process from a technical perspective and transform requirements into solution proposals including time estimates
• Support area management to be able to select and prioritize between different proposed solutions or change initiatives
• Ordering, managing and controlling changes / developments in the solution from the development - in-house or externally
• Support area with test planning and test execution to ensure quality of the solution Responsible for that all development complies with the established guidelines and procedures
• Act as a sounding board to the solution architect forums and other technical stakeholders

Your skills:

You have a solid foundation in Software development in ABAP, you have expert skills in software architecture and you thrive in realizing business needs by means of collaborative team efforts, mainly using external service providers.

Your skills also include:
• A genuine interest and curiosity for solution related issues, a solid application and technical knowledge of SAP solutions in general and SAP ECC (preferably Retail) in particular
• Experience of Webdynpro for ABAP
• Experience in working with off-shore development teams
