Helping companies become digital winners Capgemini Consulting has, in collaboration with MIT’s Center for Digital Business, completed a study on how large international players gain advantage from Digital Transformation. With a consistent focus on sustainable results, our goal is to transform companies’ digital landscape with innovative ideas on how to use new technology to gain advantage and become profitable winners in today’s digital economy. Capgemini Consulting Norway is successful and growing, and we are now looking for experienced candidates with aspiration for a consulting career and to drive our digital practice further.

We are looking for candidates

who can show a consistent performance in their academic and professional career and thrive in an inspiring and performance driven working environment. You understand how new digital technologies impact businesses, and will as a management consultant become a part of a team delivering business values to our clients by making digital technologies become their competitive advantage.

* More than 5 years relevant experience within digital transformation and operational improvement programs
* Strong interpersonal skills and high ambitions
* The ability to deliver tangible results in challenging projects with impact on top management decisions
* Commercial orientation and a well-developed business network
* Excellent communication skills (both Norwegian and English)

Responsibilities as a management consultant at Capgemini Consulting
You will get the opportunity to work with stimulating business challenges for leading companies in a national and international context. You will lead teams and work in close collaboration with our clients’ top executives in developing and realizing digital transformation strategies, generate new business opportunities through your personal business network, and help to strengthen our practice further:
