You would be in charge of the country strategic and tactical marketing programs for products and services. Supports sales achieving targets by providing marketing expertise; developing/representing industry/business viewpoints on QB Offerings to (potential) customers, and the market place; thereby providing strategic impact to sales
Serves as member of local management team responsible for determining local marketing strategy for QB products and services.
Establishes and prioritizes department responsibilities/objectives relative to country, regional, and corporate marketing goals.
Provides strategic and tactical leadership for marketing plan development, implementation, and support.
Provides project leadership and works directly on projects as country or department needs dictate.
Ensures that projects are completed on time and budget following established procedures and schedules.
Responsible for assessment of existing and potential market and subsequent marketing plan development, implementation and support, including awareness and demand creation, definition of promotional activities, product launches, etc.
Utilize Questback strong brand awareness to re-position Questback as an Enterprise Feedback Management player through targeted positioning activities (PR/CxO Persona based/industry & solution arenas etc)
Identifies current practices and emerging trends in the area of marketing functional experience.
Exercises independent judgment in marketing project development, implementation, and support.
Involves Norwegian management in major decisions.
Communicates and/or presents country or marketing activities to QB employees, customers, prospective customers, channel partners, and industry analysts, as required.
On top of all marketing processes, and ability to coach and develop local marketing.
Sales oriented of nature, ability to understand sales processes as well as engage with local sales manager and executives
Participates in activities that demonstrate QB experience and leadership in the social world.
May publish industry articles and white papers. Speaks at internal and external industry events
Identifies domain trends and emerging issues and defines QBs position regarding these trends and issues
Prepares and delivers presentations to customers at the highest levels of management.
Participates with management in QB to identify and establish objectives, assignments, and goals in accordance with our strategic plans; assists in targeting specific customers and business partners to promote industry sales and marketing initiatives.
Works closely with sales staff, sales management, and marketing staff to ensure successful positioning of industry solutions and that a consistent message is communicated to our customers and/or business partners.

Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Networking with key decision makers and serves as QBs external spokesperson
Experience:
Demonstrated ability to present to all levels of an organization.
Ability to understand and translate complex technical and business information to internal/external audiences
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.
Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in one of the domain areas. At this level, post-graduate coursework may be desirable.
