Slickline supervisor
The primary responsibility of a Slickline Field Specialist is to perform the field delivery of high-quality slickline services, which involves preparation, maintenance, and deployment of downhole equipment.
This position is directly responsible for flawless slickline service delivery, with emphasis on following company policies, standards, and procedures without HSE incidents. The Slickline Field Specialist reports directly to the Slickline Cell Leader. .Relocation will be provided, this is not a rotating position, candidates must be on call.
Responsibilities
Controls quality of slickline service delivery
Ensures equipment is rigged up and tested to customer specifications.
Attends daily rollout meeting and performs daily prejob safety meetings with crew members.
Actively leads and supports the training of crew members and less-experienced Field Specialists.
Completes monthly safety reports and required computer-based training, and performs administrative duties accurately and according to schedule.
Completes daily logs using a computer.
Directly supervises 2 crew members.
Communicates directly with client representative about job status.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent certification.
