Lykken er stor når man har fått ja til en jobb man har søkt, eller blitt head-huntet til. La ikke lykkerusen ta overhånd når arbeidskontrakt/ansettelsesavtale skal signeres. Arbeidskontrakten er en gjensidig bindende juridisk dokument som arbeidsgiver ikke kan endre på alene.
Vær klar over at en avtale som er i strid med Arbeidsmiljøloven har ingen gyldighet.
